By maxpower220 - September 2 - 9:00 amTraded in a Volvo S60R. The FFH has at least as good fit and finish. The FFH is definately more quiet on the road. Sync is awesome, easy to use. Navigation is great. Gas milage is very good. My wife is a home health nurse who drives everywhere for work. Hwy mileage so far is 34 and city has been 36. She does a lot of paperwork in her car sitting still with the A/C on in FL. With "carefull" driving, we get well over 45 in the city. Best short trip (10 miles,city) was just over 51. Short trip info is from car computer. Avg mpg is based on miles/tank. Overall extremely happy with the car. We havent missed the Volvo at all. As gas prices increase, it seems like a better deal everyday.

By HiCarGeek - August 25 - 3:43 am3 mos, 1200 mi. My commute is 12 mi, 50 mph freeway in AM (44 mpg) and stop/go gridlock in PM(39 mpg). Short errands bring my average down to 40 mpg. Headlights nice and bright, with good distance and cutoff. Love the standard features - pwr pass seat, electrochromic rear view mirror, 6 CD changer, reverse alarm, drivers lumbar support, alloy wheels with Michelin MXV4 S8s, dual zone A/C, vehicle speed sensistive wipers. Considered G37 Journey (needs premium, too small inside), Genesis V6 (no dealer discount, given $1000 rebate). Still have other car (Camry LE V6). Absolutely happy with my decision on a balanced price/performance/life cycle cost/quality/reliability/USA company basis.

By coast - July 29 - 1:30 pmPerfect, got the 502A package, well worth it. I love how the Ford sync works with navigation. Such high quality, I cant believe it is a Ford. Im getting high 30s to low 40s MPG. Ford built a fun factor in a hybrid. Much better than the competition. The interior feels like a luxury car. Nice handling too.

Love it! - 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid
By Debbie - May 16 - 2:00 amWe have had our Fusion Hybrid for two weeks and have driven it 932 miles (half hiway and half city). According to the dash readout that is displayed each time you turn the car off, our overall mpg is 38.1. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and how the car handles. The sensitive brakes took a little getting use to. We have the complete electronics package, which is awesome. The larger screen is helpful with the GPS, the Sirius real-time weather map overlay, and the backup camera. Our cell phones, Nokia and iPhone, sync well with the cars system. We have had to "floor it" once at highway speeds, the power seemed equivalent to the V6 we traded in.

So Far, So Good...and Fun to Drive! - 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid
By tr33climber - May 14 - 9:50 amWe ordered the 2010 Fusion based on a test drive in an 09 model. The seats in the Hybrid seem a little firmer than the 09--nearly too firm for my body. We got the 502A package with all the trinkets and leather seats and now have about 1500 miles on it after a 900 mile trip to a relatives house. Average mileage is about 38 mpg although I managed over 50 mpg at 60 mph in a 50 mile jaunt last night. I suspect 38 will be the normal mileage with our type of driving. My overall impression is that it is a very competent well engineered and quality built vehicle. We traded in a newer Towncar, and didnt lose much except the posh ride and gained quite a lot of new engineering progress.

Ford has returned to the Market - 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid
By jsiudock - May 2 - 12:06 pmIve been a Nissan and Honda lover for many years. Ford has finally done it right. Hopefully the dealerships wont overcharge the customers in going to Honda or Toyota. Bought the car for my daughter going to school. Her first car Nissan Versa was so cheap and rattled you to death. Our Pathfinder is wonderful but 12-14 miles per gallon is so costly. Here came Ford with a true mid size car for safety and super milage. And our 20 year old daughter loves it. She loves the stereo, bluetooth and all the modern 21st century stuff. She says it almost like our Maxima SE, except the leather. Except for our loaded Ford F-150 FX 4X4 she said she will never buy Ford. Guess what the Fusion is super.

A hybrid that actually drives like a car - 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid
By Oman - January 3 - 12:00 pmI replaced a large SUV (Expedition EL loaded) with this car since I was mostly using it for commuting to work (about 65 miles per day). I had been considering a replacement but until the Fusion came out there was nothing that made sense for me. I wanted creature comforts, a great ride, great mileage, and something that could handle merging onto a 70MPH HWY with short rising ramps. I test drove a number of cars and a few smaller SUVs and nothing came close to meeting my requirements. The build and materials quality is top-notch. The car is comfortable and quiet. Im getting just over 37 real MPG driving normally. It has plenty of room. I could not be happier with it.

Great car that is fun to drive - 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid
By DavidCaruso - October 17 - 5:36 amI got the fully loaded 502A package in early May and have put 2,000 miles on the car so far. Its been worth every penny. On the long road trip to the beach I made (Around 500 miles round trip), I didnt find myself constantly trying to adjust my body sitting down for so long because the seats were so comfortable. The sound system was great to listen to, and the navigation has been a godsend for my fiancé who is used to me getting lost on trips. So far Im averaging 39 MPG and its steadily climbing the more Ive adjusted my driving thanks to the efficiency leaves. No matter how efficient a car is, its the driver that gets the most out of it. The leaves help with just that. GJ Ford.
